This product has good tenacity, strong bearing to whet the dint, bear the oil, anti- earthquake etc. characteristics. It is applicable to manufacture the spare parts of bearing whetting the dint, the construction piece of spreading to move, the spare parts of home appliances, the spare parts of car’s manufacturing, the spare parts of spinning’s machine, the chemical engineering equipments, the spare parts of insulating electric appliances. Such as the turbine, wheel gear, bearings, leaf's round, leaf's slice, silk pole, high pressure washer, completely seal washer, nut, shuttle, sleeve and bush linker. This product uses widely, therefore it’s good material on behalf the steels.

<3>Characteristic
Nylon 6 appearances ivories to straw yellow, not contain uniformity granule of the machine impurity and surface humidity, the number of granule which larger than 40 granule / grams take the small black mark not take up more than 2%. It has good tenacity, anti- earthquake capability. It have the higher machine strength and good bearing heat, the better anti- washes t strength, the higher fusion point, the good property of molding process , the good property of absorb water. the rate of the saturation is about 11%, and it’s easy to fusion to sulfuric acid hydroxybenzene or ,the low temperature of frailty is below zero 20 degree-30 degree.

The characteristics of MC nylon is as follows:
1It have good bearing to whet\ good lubricity, and it has the higher PV worth of now generally hot plastics.
2 It can still keep the good bearing to whet under the term of solid granule being invaded the friction,
3It is not easy to fusion, not easy to harm the axleneck.
4 It is smaller than the metals's specific weight, is roughly for the 1/8 of copper. It is very convenient to pack and unload. The result proved that it is better bearing to whit using the MC nylon material than using the alloy and copper material’s bush.
